产品描述PSN 375963 hydrochloride is a synthetic agonist of the endogenous ligand for GPR119.(In Vitro):PSN 375963 is a potent GPR119 agonist with EC50s of 8.4 and 7.9 μM for human and mouse GPR119.(In Vivo):PSN 375963 suppressed food intake in rats and reduced body weight gain and white adipose tissue deposition upon subchronic oral administration to high-fat-fed rats.
